      目的 分析2022—2023年阜宁县水产品镉污染状况, 对镉暴露风险进行评估。方法 对辖区内市场水产品镉含量进行监测, 采用单因子污染指数法评价水产品镉污染状况。结果 2022—2023年共检测水产品640份, 超标率8.8% (56/640), 各类水产品中镉含量测定范围为0.001~2.232 mg/kg; 双壳贝类水产品中镉含量最高, 均值达1.088 mg/kg, 超标率25.0%; 甲壳类次之, 均值达0.365 mg/kg, 超标率9.4%, 淡水鱼类未超标。农贸市场水产品镉超标率明显高于大型超市。不同季节超标率结果显示, 春、夏、秋季逐渐减少, 到冬季略有增加。单因子污染指数提示甲壳类水产品处于中污染状态, 双壳贝类水产品轻污染, 头足类、腹足类、海水鱼类、淡水鱼类未受污染。结论 阜宁县居民镉暴露风险总体较低, 需加强本地区甲壳类、双壳贝类高消费人群的健康监测, 加大对本地农贸市场的监管力度, 对水产品来源渠道严格把关。

      Objective To analyze the cadmium pollution status in aquatic products in Funing County from 2022 to 2023, and assess the cadmium exposure risk. Methods The cadmium content of aquatic products sold in the market was monitored. The single factor pollution index method was used to evaluate the cadmium pollution status of aquatic products. Results The 640 samples of aquatic products were detected from 2022 to 2023. The over standard rate was 8.8% (56/640). The determination range of cadmium content in various aquatic products was 0.001–2.232 mg/kg. The content of cadmium in bivalve aquatic products was the highest with an average value of 1.088 mg/kg, and the over standard rate was 25.0%. Crustaceans took the second place with an average value of 0.365 mg/kg, and the over standard rate was 9.4%. Freshwater fish did not exceed the standard. The over standard rate of cadmium in aquatic products in farmers’markets was significantly higher than that in large supermarkets. It showed that the over standard rate gradually decreased in spring, summer and autumn, and increased slightly in winter. The single factor pollution index suggested that crustacean aquatic products were in a medium pollution state. It also suggested that bivalve aquatic products were lightly polluted and cephalopods, gastropods, marine fish and freshwater fish were not polluted. Conclusion The risk of cadmium exposure among residents in Funing County is generally at low lever. It is necessary to strengthen the health monitoring of high consumption population of crustaceans and bivalves in this area. The supervision of local farmers’ markets should be strengthened, and the source of aquatic products should be strictly controlled .
