      机器学习对于白酒真实性和产地溯源技术的应用效果具有重要价值。白酒真实性和产地溯源技术包括色谱、光谱、质谱等技术以及相关技术联用等，其一般技术路线:对国内不同产地的白酒样品进行检测分析，为寻找不同产地白酒之间的差异，建立模型对获取的相关数据进行分析，以便于更好地分类、预测。在这一过程中，机器学习往往起着非常重要的作用，既能够弥补一些现有数据分析方法的不足，也能够很好地发挥相关检测技术的优势，机器学习拓展了相关检测技术应用的深度和广度。本文综述了机器学习与色谱等检测技术的联用情况，探讨了机器学习在白酒真实性和产地溯源研究中应用的主要影响因素，并对其未来发展应用进行了展望。

英文摘要:

      Machine learning is of great value to the application effect of Baijiu authenticity and origin traceability technology. The authenticity and origin traceability technology of Baijiu includes chromatography, spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and other technologies as well as the combination of related technologies, its general technical route: to detect and analyze Baijiu samples from different places in China, in order to find the differences between Baijiu from different places, establish a model to analyze the relevant data obtained, so as to facilitate better classification and prediction. In this process, machine learning often plays a very important role, which can not only make up for the shortcomings of some existing data analysis methods, but also effectively leverage the advantages of related detection technologies. Machine learning has expanded the depth and breadth of the application of related detection technologies..In this paper, the combination of machine learning with chromatography and other detection technologies was reviewed, the main influencing factors of the application of machine learning in the research of authenticity and origin traceability of Baijiu were discussed, and its future development and application were prospected.
