兴奋剂是目前竞技体育界的热点问题之一, 近年来, 食品中被检测出兴奋剂阳性的事件屡见不鲜, 运动员在误服误用被兴奋剂污染的食品后, 会导致兴奋剂检测呈阳性, 这对运动员和国家都造成了重大损失。由于摄入受污染的食品会导致严重的健康损害或意外违反反兴奋剂规定, 因此准确了解食品中兴奋剂污染种类是十分有必要的。本文主要从食品兴奋剂污染来源及常见被污染食品、食品兴奋剂污染检测方法等方面进行简要概述, 以提高运动员对高风险食品的警惕和防范, 避免因误服被兴奋剂污染的食品而导致的不良结果, 为食源性兴奋剂检测技术研究提供有力的理论支持, 且有利于新型检测技术的发展和运用。 |

Doping is one of the hot issues the field of competitive sports at present. In recent years, it is not uncommon for foods to be tested positive for stimulants. Athletes taking food contaminated by stimulants by mistake will lead to positive doping tests, which has caused great losses to athletes and the country. Ingestion of contaminated food can cause serious issues of health damage or unintended anti-doping rule violations, it is very necessary to accurately determine the types of stimulants in food. This paper briefly summarized the sources of food doping contamination, common contaminated foods, and detection methods for food doping contamination etc., so as to improve athletes’ vigilance and prevention of high-risk foods, and avoid accidents caused by mistakenly ingesting doping-contaminated food. It provides strong theoretical support for the research on food-borne doping detection technology, and is beneficial to the development and application of new detection technology. |
