肠道菌群作为机体微生态系统的重要组成部分, 在人类的正常生理活动及疾病发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。随着对肠道菌群的深入研究, 人们发现肠道菌群结构和功能紊乱与多种疾病的发生密切相关。食药用真菌作为一种独特的天然资源, 其主要活性物质多糖类成分, 因具有广泛的生物活性受到国内外研究人员的广泛关注, 多糖发挥各类生物活性与其调节肠道菌群之间的联系逐渐被揭示。本文对近年来食药用真菌多糖通过调节肠道菌群发挥各类生物活性进行综述, 旨在为食药用真菌多糖的进一步开发利用提供参考。 |

As an important part of micro-ecosystem of human body, intestinal flora plays a vital role both in the normal physiological activities and the occurrence, development of diseases in human being. With the further study of intestinal flora, it has been found that the structural and functional disorders of intestinal flora are closely related to various of diseases. As a unique natural resource, edible and medicinal mushroom have been widely concerned by researchers at home and abroad for their main active substances-polysaccharides, which show various of biological activities. The relationship between these biological activities of edible and medicinal mushroom polysaccharides and their regulation of intestinal flora has been gradually revealed. This paper reviewed the biological activities of edible and medicinal fungal polysaccharides by regulating intestinal flora in recent years, thus to provide references for the further development and utilization of edible and medicinal mushroom polysaccharides. |
