澳大利亚补充药品管理及对我国保健食品监管启示研究

      保健食品作为三类特殊食品的一类, 对其安全监管的保障也将成为监管部门的工作重点。澳大利亚将含有草药、维生素、矿物质、营养补充剂、顺势疗法和一些特定的芳香疗法制剂等治疗用途的产品称为补充药品, 与我国保健食品的定位相似。澳大利亚补充药品分为备案制补充药品、评定备案制补充药品和注册制补充药品三类且健康声称与原料管理分开管理。本文总结归纳了澳大利亚补充药品的管理要求, 同时结合我国保健食品的管理进行了分析, 以期对我国保健食品的监管产生一定的借鉴意义。

英文摘要:

      As one of the three special foods, health food safety supervision will become the focus of supervision departments. Australia considers medicinal products containing herbs, vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements, homeopathy and some specific aromatherapy preparations for therapeutic purposes as complementary medicines, similar to the positioning of health food in China. Australian complementary medicines are divided into three categories: Listed complementary medicines, assessed listed complementary medicines, and registered supplementary medicines. Health claims are managed separately from the management of raw materials. This paper summarized the management requirements of complementary medicines in Australia, and analyzed the management of health food in China, in order to provide some references for the supervision of health food in China.
