      目的 利用荧光定量技术分析检测生乳中磺胺类药物残留, 评价该方法的可行性。方法 取生乳空白样品进行加标回收实验(磺胺恶唑13.50、27.00 μg/L; 磺胺喹恶啉5.00、10.00 μg/L; 磺胺嘧啶0.82、1.64 μg/L), 取200 μL样品与金标抗体结合, 50 ℃孵育3 min, 取120 μL样品加到检测卡, 反应10 min后进行读数。结果 分析结果显示回收率均在82.18%~118.40%; 批内、批间变异系数均低于15%, 最低检测限为5.00 μg/L, 与GB/T 22966—2008相对比, 结果完全符合。结论 该方法具有操作简单、价格低廉、检测时间短、良好的检测效果和结果准确的优点, 具有对大批量乳制品的快速检验和质量验收的推广潜力, 能为生乳的检测工作和品质评价提供科学参考。

      Objective To analyze and detect sulfonamides residues in raw milk by fluorescence quantitative technology, and evaluate the feasibility of this method. Methods The raw milk blank sample was taken for standard addition recovery experiment (sulfa oxazole 13.50, 27.00 μg/L, sulfa quinoxaline 5.00, 10.00 μg/L, sulfadiazine 0.82 and 1.64 μg/L), 200 μL sample was combined with the gold-labeled antibody, incubated at 50 ℃ for 3 min, and 120 μL sample was added to the detection card, which was read after reaction for 10 min. Results The analytical results showed that the recoveries were 82.18%?118.40%, the coefficients of variation was less than 15% within and between batches, and the limit of detection was 5.00 μg/L, which was in good agreement with the GB/T 22966–2008. Conclusion This method has the advantages of simple operation, low price, short detection time, good detection effect and accurate results, has the potential to promote the rapid inspection and quality acceptance of large quantities of dairy products, and can provide scientific reference for the detection and quality evaluation of raw milk.
