      21世纪以来, 世界已进入互联网发展时代, 信息化、数据化是互联网时代显著的特征。这种信息化、数据化也将不可避免地将影响政府的治理方式及途径。基于此, 兼具公共管理与服务职能的政府就必须在社会管理层面上作出应对性的改革举措, 可以引进新技术进行有效管理。近年来, 农产品质量安全问题频发, 监管不到位是一方面原因, 信息不对称又是导致监管不到位的重要原因。在农产品质量安全领域利用互联网进行网格化监管, 不仅顺应时代发展潮流, 还可以有效弥补信息不对称的问题, 对促进监管水平的提高意义重大。本文从农产品质量安全监管的政策背景出发, 分析农产品质量安全监管现存问题, 对农产品质量安全领域中网格化监管的适用性进行阐述, 最后提出构建农产品质量安全网格化监管的建议。

      Since the 21st century, the world has entered the era of internet development, in which informatization and data are the salient features. This kind of informationization and data change also will inevitably affect the way of government administration. Based on this, the government, which has both public management and service functions, must take responsive reform measures on the social management level, and can introduce new technologies for effective management. In recent years, the quality and safety problems of agricultural products frequently occur. The inadequate supervision is one of the reasons, and the information asymmetry is another important reason for the inadequate supervision. In the field of agricultural product quality and safety, the use of the internet to conduct grid supervision not only conforms to the trend of The times, but also can effectively make up for the problem of information asymmetry, which is of great significance to promote the improvement of the supervision level. Based on the policy background of agricultural product quality and safety supervision, this paper analyzed the existing problems of agricultural product quality and safety supervision, expounded the applicability of grid supervision in the field of agricultural product quality and safety, and finally put forward some suggestions on the construction of grid supervision of agricultural product quality and safety.
