随着人们环保意识的加深以及再生纤维素薄膜生产加工工艺的进步, 使再生纤维素薄膜作为一种绿色环保的、有着优良性能的包装材料在近年来再次得到关注, 被越来越广泛地应用在食品接触材料及制品领域。然而该类材质目前并没有被包含在我国食品接触材料产品标准中, 使得其无法可依, 安全问题无法得到保障。因此, 为推动我国食品接触用再生纤维素薄膜的产品安全国家标准的制定, 适应行业的发展以及满足合规的需要, 本研究调研了再生纤维素薄膜的生产工艺, 分析其中可能存在的风险点; 同时介绍了食品接触用再生纤维素薄膜的全球立法概况, 通过比较各自现有安全管理模式的优缺点以及异同点, 分析了其中可为我国食品接触用再生纤维素薄膜安全管理所用的内容。 |

With the deepening of people's awareness of environmental protection and the progress of the production and processing technology of regenerated cellulose film, regenerated cellulose film, as a green and environmentally friendly packaging material with excellent performance, has been paid more and more attention in recent years, and has been more and more widely used in the field of food contact materials and products. However, this type of material is not currently included in my country's food contact material product standards, making it impossible to rely on and safety issues cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, in order to promote the formulation of national product safety standards for regenerated cellulose films for food contact in my country, to adapt to the development of the industry and meet the needs of compliance. This paper investigated the production process of regenerated cellulose film and analyzed the possible risk points, introduced the global legislation of regenerated cellulose film for food contact at the same time, analyzed the contents which can be used for the safety management of regenerated cellulose film for food contact in China by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing safety management modes and the similarities and differences. |
