      目的 考察长期食用铁皮石斛多糖(Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides, DOP)对正常小鼠的影响。方法 采用水提醇沉法提取铁皮石斛多糖。将16只雄性昆明(Kunming, KM)小鼠分为正常组及铁皮石斛多糖组, 适应性喂养1周后, 铁皮石斛多糖组小鼠按临床等效剂量灌胃8周, 每天1次, 每次0.4 mL, 正常组小鼠灌胃等量无菌水, 观察小鼠的生存情况、一般状况、定期记录体重及摄食量, 灌胃结束后检测脏器指数及血脂4项, 观察肠黏膜形态。结果 与正常组相比, 铁皮石斛多糖组小鼠的体重增长率及摄食量下降, 但无显著性差异(P>0.05), 脏器指数、肠黏膜形态及血脂4项均无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论 正常小鼠长期食用铁皮石斛多糖是安全的, 但功效不明显, 可能是由于正常机体的器官及功能处于平衡状态下无法明显地发挥铁皮石斛多糖的调节作用。

      Objective To investigate the effects of long-term consumption of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides (DOP) on normal mice. Methods Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation. Sixteen mature Kunming (KM) mice were divided into control group and DOP group randomly. DOP group was fed with DOP 0.4 mL per time, once a day for 8 weeks, and the control group was fed with sterile water. General condition, body weight and food intake were observed. After the end of gavage, the visceral index and 4 items of blood lipid were detected, and the morphology of intestinal mucosa was observed. Results Compared with the control group, weight gain and food intake of mice in DOP group decreased, but there were no significant difference (P>0.05). Moreover, there were no significant changes in organ index, intestinal mucosa morphology and 4 items of blood lipid (P>0.05). Conclusion DOP was safe but the efficacy was unobvious in mice for long-term consumption. In conclusion, the efficacy of DOP could not be well displayed when the organs and functions of normal organism were in balance.
