      目的 建立高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC)同时测定五味子糖浆中6种抑菌剂苯甲酸、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯含量的分析方法。方法 采用Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), 0.02 mol/L乙酸铵和0.08%冰醋酸混合溶液为流动相A, 以甲醇为流动相B进行梯度洗脱, 用紫外检测器检测, 外标法峰面积定量。结果 6种抑菌剂线性良好, 相关系数均大于0.99, 检出限为0.068~0.396 μg/mL, 加标回收率平均回收率为82.4%~99.7%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为0.869%~6.956%。结论 该方法操作简单, 灵敏度高, 重现性好, 可用于五味子糖浆中6种抑菌剂的检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of 6 kinds of antibacterial agents (benzoic acid, sorbic acid, methyl hydroxybenzoate, ethyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate and butyl hydroxybenzoate) in schisandra syrup by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) simultaneously. Methods The Kromsil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was used, and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate mixed solution and 0.08% glacial acetic acid were used as the flow phase A, methanol was used as the flow phase B for gradient elution. The sample was detected by the UV detector, and quantified by external peak area. Results Six kinds of antibacterial agents had good linearity, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99, the detection limit was 0.068?0.396 μg/mL, the average recovery rate was 82.4%?99.7%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.869%?6.956%. Conclusion The method is simple and sensitive, good reproducibility. It can be used for the detection of 6 kinds of antibacterial agents in schisandra syrup.
