目的 分析2017—2019年张家口市食品投诉举报数据统计结果。方法 数据采用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析, 计数资料以构成表示, 组间比较采用2检验, 以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2017—2019年全市接收食品类投诉举报信息共计8494件, 受理5970件, 咨询2514件, 不予受理10件。大部分投诉举报经核查不属实, 分析原因大概有三方面: 一是消费者与商家出现矛盾, 二是消费凭证不足, 三是商家易主或跑路。结论 从投诉举报的渠道、环节等方面看, 应进一步畅通投诉举报渠道, 完善投诉举报机制, 加大相关知识的宣传和报道。 |

Objective To analyze the statistical results of food complaint reporting data in Zhangjiakou in 2017—2019. Methods SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data. The enumeration data were shown by the structure. The 2 test was used for comparison between groups, and P<0.05 indicated that the difference had statistical significance. Results From 2017 to 2019, a total of 8494 food complaints and informer information were received, of which 5970 were accepted, 2514 were consulted, and 10 were rejected. Most complaints and reports were not true after verification. There were three reasons for the analysis: first, there was a contradiction between consumers and businesses; second, there were insufficient consumption vouchers; third, businesses change owners or run away. Conclusion From the point of view of the channels and links of complaints and reports, we should further smooth the channels of complaints and reports, improve the mechanism of complaints and reports, and increase the publicity and reporting of relevant knowledge. |
