      食品安全是关系国计民生的大事。根据国家市场监管总局发布的食用农产品抽检相关信息, 农药残留及兽药残留不符合标准为食用农产品的主要不合格因素。但由于食用农产品的销售和消费周期短, 检出不合格后进行下架、封存、召回以及原因排查等风险控制措施的时效性不强, 溯源较为困难。本文从市场监管角度, 分析食用农产品风险因素和风险控制的时效性, 探讨食用农产品风险控制措施和溯源体系建设, 促进食用农产品抽检结果的时效性和成果转化率来提升监管效能, 推动食品安全社会共治。
英文摘要:
      Food safety is an important matter related to the national economy and people's livelihood. According to the relevant information on sampling inspection of edible agricultural products issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation, the main unqualified factors of edible agricultural products are pesticide residues and veterinary drug residues that do not meet the standards. However, due to the short sales and consumption cycle of edible agricultural products, the timeliness of risk control measures such as off shelf, storage, recall and cause investigation is poor, so it is difficult to trace the source. From the perspective of market supervision, this paper analyzed the risk factors of edible agricultural products and the timeliness of risk control, discussed the construction of risk control measures and traceability system of edible agricultural products, and promoted the timeliness and achievement conversion rate of edible agricultural products sampling results, so as to improve the supervision efficiency and promote the social co governance of food safety.
