      运动食品能量棒能够满足运动员在运动过程中的特殊营养需求, 快速且持续地为运动员供能, 提高运动耐力, 缓解运动疲劳。运动食品能量棒的研发具有广阔的市场前景。不同运动类型的运动员的营养需求不同, 了解运动员不同的营养需求和运动食品能量棒的成分与代谢特点, 对研究和选择有针对性地运动食品十分重要。本文介绍了国内外运动食品能量棒的发展现状和市场趋势、运动食品能量棒的分类、不同运动类型运动员的营养需求特点, 以及运动食品能量棒的成分及代谢特点, 为运动食品能量棒的研发提供理论参考。
英文摘要:
      Sports food energy bar can meet the special nutritional needs of athletes in the process of sports. It can provide energy for athletes quickly and continuously, improve sports endurance and relieve sports fatigue. The development of the energy bar has a broad market prospect. Different types of athletes have different nutritional needs. It is very important to understand the different nutritional needs of athletes and the composition and metabolism characteristics of energy bars for research and selection of targeted sports food. This paper introduced the development status and market trend of the energy bar at home and abroad, the classification of the energy bars, the nutritional needs of athletes of different sports types, as well as the composition and metabolism characteristics of sports food energy bar. This paper provided a theoretical reference for the research of the energy bar.
