精益理念源自于日本丰田公司, 精益管理是提升企业质量和效益的有效管理方式随着精益管理在各行各业的应用, 现代化实验室管理也可以基于对精益的理解, 选择适合各实验室的管理方法。本文通过介绍7种精益管理方法: 流程优化、品管圈(quality control circle, QCC)、全员生产维护(total productive maintenance, TPM)、目视化管理、安全库存管理、标准化作业、6S管理, 帮助实验室优化工作流程、提高工作效率、提升人员分析问题和解决问题的能力。目视化管理试剂, 建立最小安全库存避免库存积压和危化品安全隐患、降低成本、保障工作质量和准确性、提高人员素养, 最终建立安全整洁有序的工作环境, 实现精益与质量管理体系的融合, 从而达到实验室业务能力和管理水平的持续提升的目标。 |

The lean concept originated from Toyota Corporation of Japan. Lean management is an effective management method to improve enterprise quality and efficiency. With the application of lean management in all walks of life, modern laboratory management can also choose the management method suitable for each laboratory based on the understanding of lean. This paper introduced seven lean management methods: process optimization, quality control circle (QCC), total productive maintenance (TPM), visual management, safety inventory management, standardized operation, 6S management, to help the laboratory to optimize the work flow, improve the work efficiency, improve the staff's ability to analyze and solve problems. Visual management of reagent, the establishment of the minimum safety stock to avoid backlog of inventory and dangerous chemicals safety hidden trouble, reduce costs, ensuring the work quality and accuracy, improve staff literacy, eventually establish a safe, clean and orderly working environment, achieve the integration of lean and quality management system, so as to achieve the goal of continuous improvement of laboratory business capability and management level. |
