目的 建立稳定性同位素标记的化合物二氢吡啶-13C4 (二乙基-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯-13C4)的合成方法。方法 以同位素标记的乙酰乙酸乙酯-1,3-13C2为原料, 经Hantzsch反应合成得到稳定性同位素标记的化合物二氢吡啶-13C4 (二乙基-1,4-二氢-2,6-二甲基-3,5-吡啶二羧酸酯-13C4), 并对其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR和MS(ESI)进行表征。结果 所合成的目标产品, 化学纯度大于99.0%, 13C丰度为99.4% (atom 13C)。结论 该化合物可作为食品安全领域检测用同位素内标试剂, 具有重要的应用价值。 |

Objective To develop a synthetic procedure for the stable isotope labeled Diludine-13C4. Methods Starting from stable isotope labelled ethyl acetoacetate-1,3-13C2, the stable isotope labelled diludine-13C4 (diethyl-1, 4-dihydro-2, 6-dimethyl-3, 5-pyridine dicarboxylate-13C4) was obtained via Hantzsch reaction. Meanwhile, the chemical structure of novel compound was characterized by 1HNMR,13CNMR and MS (ESI). Results The chemical purity was more than 99.0%, and the 13C enrichment was more than 99.4%. Conclusion The product can be used as isotope labelled internal standard for testing in the field of food safety industries, which has important application values. |
