      目的 建立气相色谱法测定陈皮中丙溴磷残留量的分析方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取, 经过滤, QuECHERS净化, 浓缩后, 用丙酮定容, 采用气相色谱法测定、外标法定量。结果 丙溴磷在0.005~1.000 μg/mL范围内线性良好, 相关系数r2达到0.999; 方法检出限为0.008 mg/kg; 平均回收率为89.9%~110.8%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为2.2%~3.3% (n=6)。结论 本方法操作简便、灵敏度高、准确度好, 适用于陈皮中丙溴磷残留量测定。

      Objective To establish a method for determination of profenofos in tangerine peel by gas chromatograph. Methods The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, filtered, purified by QuEChERS and concentrated, and then fixed volume by acetone, determined by gas chromatography and quantified by external standard method. Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity in the range of 0.005?1.000 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient r2>0.999. The detection limit for profenofos was 0.008 mg/kg. The average recovery rate of profenofos was 89.9%?110.8%, with relative standard deviation(RSD) 2.2%?3.3% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the determination of probromophos in tangerine peel.
