      目的 了解云南地区三七须根中R1、Rg1、Re、Rb1、Rd、Rb3 6种皂甙含量, 为三七须根开发利用提供基础数据和科学依据。方法 按照《云南省食品安全风险监测方案》中样品采集要求, 在云南地区8个地区采集106件样品。样品参照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003)“保健食品中人参皂苷高效液相色谱法”进行监测。根据GB/T 19086-2008《地理标志产品 文山三七》进行评价。结果 6种皂甙含量中以R1+Rg1+Rb1为主。三七须根皂甙总量的合格率为60.4%, 优等品达标率为41.5%。文山地区三七须根合格率高于其他地区。结论 该云南地区三七须根中皂甙含量合格率较低, 应采取措施加以改进。

      Objective To evaluate the content status of the six kinds ginsenosids R1, Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd, Rb3 in Panax notoginseng root from Yunnan province, so as to provide a reliable and scientific basis date for development and utilization of Panax notoginseng fibrous root. Methods According to the sampling requirements of Food safety risk monitoring plan in Yunnan province, 106 samples of 8 regions in Yunnan province was collected. Samples were monitored based on the technical standard of testing and assessment of health food (2003) “HPLC method for ginsenoside in health food”. The results were evaluated according to GB/T 19086-2008 “National Geographical Product of the People’s Republic of China-Wenshan Panax notoginseng”. Results The main content of 6 saponins were R1+Rg1+Rb1. The ginsenosides content of in Panax notoginseng root qualification rate was 60.4%, the product high-grade rate could reach 41.5%. The qualification rate of Panax notoginseng root in Wenshan area is higher than other regions. Conclusion The qualification rate of ginsenosides content in Panax notoginseng root from Yunnan province was relatively low, and measures should be taken to improve it.
