样品管理作为食品监督抽查中的重要一环, 是食品检验机构检验结果的准确性的重要基础。其管理的公正性和客观性决定着检验检测报告是否公正、客观, 直接影响检验结果的准确性。本研究主要通过探索参考医院药房精细管理, 实现食品监督抽查中样品管理的“精、准、细、严、快”, 提升样品流转工作效率和管理水平, 切实保障实验检测过程的客观、科学、严谨、公正, 以期为食品安全监管提供更坚实的技术支撑和食品安全监督抽检中样品管理工作提供参考。 |

As an important part of food supervision and sampling inspection, sample management is an important basis for the accuracy of food inspection results. The fairness and objectivity of its management determines whether the inspection and testing report is fair and objective, and directly affects the accuracy of the inspection results. This study mainly explored the fine management of hospital pharmacy to achieve the “precision, accuracy, delicacy, strictness and rapidity” of sample management in food supervision and sampling inspection, so as to improve the work efficiency and management level of sample circulation and ensure the objective, scientific, rigorous and fair experimental testing process. It is expected to provide more solid technical support for food safety supervision and sample management in food safety supervision and sampling inspection. |
