      保障食品安全是各类重大活动保障中的重要工作内容, 关系到活动参与者的饮食健康安全和活动能否顺利进行, 活动保障工作效果直接反应监管部门的监管水平和效能。本研究探讨了2016~2018年快速检测技术在张家口市各类重大活动食品安全监管保障工作中的应用模式成效及未来发展方向, 以期为营造张家口市重大活动保障食品安全健康饮食环境提供有力支撑, 从而为成功保障2022北京绿色奥运奠定坚实基础。

      Ensuring food safety is an important part of the work of various major activities, which is related to the health and safety of the participants in the activities and whether the activities can be carried out smoothly. The effect of activity guarantee directly reflects the level and efficiency of supervision department. This study discussed the application model effect and future development direction of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision and guarantee work of various major events in Zhangjiakou city from 2016 to 2018, in order to provide strong support for the creation of a safe and healthy food environment for major events in Zhangjiakou city, thus laying a solid foundation for the successful guarantee of the 2022 Beijing green Olympics.
