      中国和泰国食品贸易关系密切, 两国食品进出口需求量庞大, 贸易合作潜力巨大。目前泰国已建立适合泰国国情的较为完善的食品安全监管体系。本文通过分析泰国食品安全监管机构和职责、法律法规、标准体系, 食品监管, 贸易信息等, 介绍泰国食品安全监管的具体工作以及经验, 为政府部门和社会各界了解泰国食品安全监管体系提供依据, 同时为扩大一带一路食品贸易规模提供参考
英文摘要:
      China and Thailand have a close relationship in food trade. They have a huge demand for food imports and exports and a huge potential for trade cooperation. At present, Thailand has established a relatively perfect food safety supervision system suitable for Thailand's national conditions. This paper introduced the specific work and experience of food safety supervision in Thailand by analyzing the responsibilities, laws and regulations, standard system, food supervision and trade information, etc, in order to provide basis for government departments and all sectors of society to understand the food safety supervision system of Thailand, and provide reference for expanding One Belt and One Road food trade scale.
