目的 掌握昆山市周市镇中小学校食堂食品安全现状, 找出薄弱环节, 有针对性的提出对策。方法 通过对周市镇43所中小学校食堂进行现场检查, 食品安全管理人员的调查, 台账资料查阅了解学校食堂安全现状。结果 学校食堂持证、从业人员持健康证、管理制度健全较好, 但食堂布局流程、原料采购、从业人员食品安全意识等还存在不足, 有6家设施设备老化、1家未设置预进间、7家未实施“五常”管理。结论 教育局、市场局和学校应分工协作, 加强内部管理和外部监管, 通力协作做好自己分管的工作范围, 预防学校食源性疾病的发生。 |

Objective To master the status quo of food safety in the canteen of primary and middle schools of Zhoushi town in Kunshan city, find out the vulnerable spots, and give pertinence countermeasures. Methods Through the on-site inspection of the dining rooms of 43 primary and middle schools in Zhoushi town, the investigation of the food safety management personnel, and the reference of the ledger data, the current situation of the school canteen food safety were understood. Results The dining rooms had business licenses and practitioners had health certificates, management system were good, But the dining rooms layout process, raw material procurement, courses of food safety consciousness for practitioners are also insufficient.There are 6 dining rooms facilities aging,1 dining room doesn‘t set advance entrance room,7 dining rooms don’t implement “5C” management. Conclusion The education bureau, the market bureau and the school should divide the work, strengthen the internal management and external supervision, and cooperate with each other to do their own work, so as to prevent the occurrence of foodborne diseases in schools. |
