      食品安全监管是事关人民群众切身利益、保障人民群众身体健康和生命安全的重要屏障, 而“互联网+”的迅速发展和运用有利于解决我国目前食品安全监管中的困境。本研究分析“互联网+”给食品安全监管带来的机遇, 进而通过政府、社会、市场主体的全方位合作, 提出“互联网+食品安全监管”模式的构建及实施策略, 以促进我国食品安全监管的持续健康发展。
英文摘要:
      Food safety supervision is an important barrier that concerns the vital interests of the people and ensures the health and safety of the people. The rapid development and application of Internet+ will help solve the predicament of food safety supervision in China. This paper analyzed the opportunities brought by “Internet+” to food safety supervision, and then put forward the construction and implementation strategy of “Internet+ food safety supervision” mode through the all-round cooperation of the government, society and market players, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of food safety supervision in China.
