      目的 考察牡蛎复合提取物缓解体力疲劳的作用。方法 将160只ICR(institute of cancer research)雄性小鼠随机分为阴性对照组、牡蛎复合提取物低(0.30 g/kg)、中(0.60 g/kg)、高剂量(1.80 g/kg)组, 每组40只, 连续灌胃给药30 d后, 测定小鼠负重游泳时间、游泳后血清尿素、血乳酸含量和肝糖原含量。结果 与阴性对照组相比, 牡蛎复合提取物高剂量组(1.80 g/kg)能显著延长负重小鼠的游泳时间(P<0.05), 降低游泳后血清尿素含量(P<0.05), 增加小鼠肝糖原含量(P<0.05), 但不能显著减少小鼠血乳酸含量(P>0.05)。结论 高剂量牡蛎复合提取物具有缓解体力疲劳的功效。

      Objective To investigate anti-fatigue effects of composite extraction of Ostrea gigas Thunberg in mice. Methods A total of 160 male mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: the negative control group, and composite extraction at different doses of low (0.30 g/kg), medium (0.60 g/kg), and high (1.80 g/kg) dosage groups, with 40 mice in each group. The extractions were consistently administered intragastricly for 30 days. Subsequently, indicators including the loaded swimming time, lactic acid content in the whole blood, urea nitrogen in the serum and hepatic glycogen content were determined. Results Compared to the negative control group, the loaded swimming time was significantly prolonged (P<0.05), the content of urea nitrogen was decreased (P<0.05) and the content of hepatic glycogen was increased (P<0.05) in high dosage (1.80 g/kg) of composite extraction group. But the lactic acid in the whole blood was not significantly decreased (P>0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that high-dose composite extraction of Ostrea gigas Thunberg could alleviate physical fatigue in mice.
