      目的 从配方工艺的角度找出钙镁D片中维生素D3不稳定的原因并解决问题。方法 通过样品中维生素D3的检测情况, 开展原、辅材料之间的配伍实验和改善方案实验, 通过小试制粒、混合、压片、薄膜包衣和加速考察找出配方的不足之处。结果 通过配方的配伍实验排查法, 证明所用的原、辅料之间不存在相互反应, 不会影响样品中维生素D3稳定性; 且维生素D3粉全部外加的添加方式制成的产品中维生素D3的稳定性优于其他添加方式制成的产品。结论 将维生素D3的添加方式改为总混合时添加, 即外加, 能够提高维生素D3在钙镁D片中的稳定性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To find out the cause of vitamin D3’ instability in calcium and magnesium D tablets from the view of formula technology and solve the problem. Methods Compatibility experiment and improvement program experiments of raw and auxiliary materials were carried out according to the detection of vitamin D3 in samples. And the lack of formula was explored through small trial granulation, mixing, compression, film coating and accelerated investigation. Results There was no interaction between raw materials and accessories through the compatibility experiment of formula, and they would not affect the stability of vitamin D3 in sample. The stability of vitamin D3 in product made by the addition of vitamin D3 powder was better than other products added by other ways. Conclusion The unstable problem of vitamin D3 in sample can be solved by adding it in the mixing process.
