虎掌菌是一种珍稀名贵的野生食用菌, 该菌性平味甘, 有追风散寒、舒筋活血之功效, 现代医学认为, 它能提高人体免疫力, 具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抑菌等活性。野生虎掌菌中含有多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸以及一些挥发性香味成分, 其还含丰富的矿质元素, 是镁、铁、锰、锌等元素的良好食物来源。野生虎掌菌作为一种高蛋白、低脂肪、高碳水化合物的真菌, 其食药用价值正不断地被研究认识和开发利用。本文旨在概述野生虎掌菌的营养价值和药用价值, 为虎掌菌开发成为新的功能食品和药材资源提供参考。 |

Sarcodon imbricatus is valuable for both pharmacopoeia and edibility. Sarcodon aspratus is natured and sweet, and it can expel miasma and lower blood lipid. The modern medical science think Sarcodon aspratus can improve body's immunity, and it has anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, and antibacterial activities, etc. Sarcodon aspratus consists of multiple components, such as polysaccharides, amino acids, proteins and other volatile components. Sarcodon aspratus is abundant in mineral elements, it is a good source of trace elements such as Mg, Fe, Mn, and Zn. Sarcodon aspratus is a kind of fungus, which contains high protein, low fat and high carbohydrate. Its edible and medicinal values are constantly being studied, developed and utilized. This paper reviewed the edible and medicinal values of Sarcodon aspratus., in order to provide reference basis for Sarcodon aspratus further development and utilization as new functional food and medicine resources. |
