目的 了解南京市农贸市场部分干货中二氧化硫残留现况, 为监管部门制定相关的监管措施提供依据。 方法 在南京市城区选定10家规模较大的农贸市场和10家正规超市采集干辣椒、金针菜、粉丝、腐竹、百合干等5类干货食品共200份, 进行二氧化硫残留量检测。结果 农贸市场5类共100份样品, 检出含有二氧化硫的样品 83份, 检出率 83.0%; 二氧化硫含量超标样品 54 份, 超标率54.0 %。10家超市五类共100份样品, 检出含有二氧化硫的样品 34 份, 检出率 34.0%; 二氧化硫超标的样品11 份, 超标率11.0 %。结论 南京市市售干辣椒、金针菜、粉丝、腐竹、百合干中二氧化硫超标严重, 其中农贸市场样品二氧化硫超标率显著高于超市样品, 应加强监管。 |

Objective To provide the basis for regulatory departments formulate relevant regulations. Sulfur dioxide residue in part dry foods were investigated in Nanjing city market. Methods Collect 200 samples of dry pepper, vermicelli, yuba ,lily and tiger lily buds form10 huge agricultural markets and 10 supermarkets from urban areas in Nanjing, and determine Sulfur dioxide residue. Results The positive rates and the excessive rates of the 100 samples from agricultural markets were 83.0% and 54.0%. 34.0% and 11.0% were the positive rates and the excessive rates of the 100 samples from supermarkets. Conclusion The excessive of sulfur dioxide residues is still serious in dry pepper. vermicelli, yuba, lily and tiger lily buds, and the excessive rates of samples from agricultural markets are significantly higher than samples from supermarkets, so the supervision and management must be strengthened. |
