      黄曲霉毒素M1 (aflatoxin M1, AFM1)具有强致癌性和致突变性, 主要存在于动物的肉、尿、乳汁、肝脏、肾脏、肌肉、血液中, 其中以乳汁中最为常见。本文综述了薄层色谱法、高效薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱-串联质谱法、免疫亲和柱-荧光光度法、酶联免疫吸附法、放射免疫法、免疫胶体金法、电化学法、化学发光法等检测残留在乳制品中AFM1方法的研究进展, 概述了各方法优缺点, 并对未来检测方法进行了展望, 为保证乳品安全和提高我国AFM1的检测能力提供技术支持。
英文摘要:
      Aflatoxin M1 has strong carcinogenicity and mutagenicity, and mainly exists in meat, urine, milk, liver, kidney, muscle and blood of the animal, especially in milk. This paper reviewed the research progress of detecting methods of aflatoxin M1 in dairy products, including thin layer chromatography, effective thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent method, radio immunity method, immune colloidal gold method, electrochemical method, chemiluminescence method, and so on, outlined the advantages and disadvantages, and gave the prospect of detection methods in the future, which provided a technical support to guarantee the dairy safety and improve the detection ability of aflatoxin M1.
