目的 建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定口服液中左旋肉碱含量的方法。方法 样品经0.5 mmol/L盐酸溶液超声提取, 采用CAPCELL PAK ACR C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), 以0.002 mol/L辛烷磺酸钠溶液(加入0.125%磷酸二氢钾、0.125%磷酸氢二钾, 用磷酸调pH3.0)-乙腈(92: 8, V:V)为流动相, 流速1.0 mL/min, 检测波长: 210 nm, 柱温: 25 ℃。结果 左旋肉碱的浓度在150.1~1800.7 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999), 平均加样回收率为95.50%, RSD为2.0%(n=6)。结论 本方法快速、准确、重复性好, 可作为口服液类辅助降血脂保健食品的质量控制方法。 |

Objective To establish a method for the determination of L-carnitine in health foods by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The separation was performed on a CAPCELL PAK ACR C18 column with the mixture of acetonitrile-0.002 mol/L 1-octanesulfonic acid solution (8:92, V:V) containing 0.125% potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 0.125% dipotassium phosphate with pH 3.0 as mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 210 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with the column temperature of 25 ℃. Results The linear range for L-carnitine was from 150.1 μg/mL to 1800.7 μg/mL, and the average recovery was 95.50% with a RSD of 2.0% (n=6). Conclusions This method is accurate, simple and sensitive, and can be used for the quality control of the health foods with oral liquids. |
