      目的 建立串联固相萃取-气相色谱法测定马铃薯中肟菌酯残留量的方法。方法 捣碎的试样经乙腈浸泡, 加入氯化钠, 用均质器匀浆提取, C18柱、石墨化炭黑柱和氨基柱三柱联用固相萃取净化, 用气相色谱仪电子捕获检测器检测, 外标法定量。结果 在质量浓度0.01~2.0 μg/mL范围内, 峰面积与其浓度的线性关系良好, 相关系数为0.9995, 方法检出限为1×10-12 g, 最低检出浓度为0.02 mg/kg, 分别在0.02、0.20、2.00 mg/kg 3个添加水平进行加标回收试验, 平均回收率为81.3% ~97.3%。结论 该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好, 适用于马铃薯中肟菌酯残留量检测。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of trifloxystrobin residues in potatoes by tandem solid phase extraction and gas chromatography. Methods Mashed samples were soaked and extracted by acetonitrile, added with sodium chloride, then homogenized by homogenizer, purified by tandem solid phase with C18, graphon and aminopropyl column, detected by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD), and quantitated by external standard method. Results In the range of 0.01~2.0 μg/mL, the linear relationship between peak area and concentration was good with the correlation coefficient of 0.9995. The detection limit was 1×10-12 g, and the minimum detectable concentration was 0.02 mg/kg. The average recovery rate was 81.3%~97.3% with the spiked concentrations of 0.02, 0.20 and 2.00 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is easy, fast, accurate, and has a good reproducibility, which is suitable for the detection of trifloxystrobin residues in potatoes.
