      随着转基因技术在农业领域的迅速应用与发展, 转基因产品的种类与数量逐渐增加, 转基因产品的安全性也越来越被社会公众广泛关注, 世界各国有关转基因产品标识制度不断建立和完善, 一些国家规定了转基因成分的最低含量阈值, 因此相应的转基因检测技术体系也迫切需要持续的创新与发展。本文简要介绍了国内外常用转基因成分分析检测技术及方法, 目前转基因检测主要是基于外源蛋白靶标和外源核酸成分的检测技术及方法, 如酶联免疫吸附技术、PCR技术、等温扩增技术、基因芯片技术及数字PCR技术等, 并对相应检测技术及方法在国内外转基因成分检测中应用新进展进行了概述, 同时对各检测技术的优缺点进行了相应的总结, 使人们对于转基因检测技术的现状及发展趋势能够有较为清晰和全面的了解。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid application and development of transgenic technology in agriculture, the categories and quantities of transgenic products are progressively increased, the safety of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) has attracted more and more extensive concern of the public, the genetically modified productions labeling systems all over the world has been gradually established and improved, and some countries have provided a minimum threshold of genetically modified ingredients (GMIs) content. Accordingly, it is very urgently needed constant innovation and development for the transgenic detection technique systems. The article briefly reviewed the common detection technology and method of GMIs both in China and abroad, the existing primary detection technology and method of GMIs mainly based on detection of exogenous protein and nucleic acid, such as ELISA, PCR, isothermal amplification technology, gene chip technology, digital PCR and so on. It also summarized the application progress of the corresponding in the detection of GMIs, meanwhile summarized the advantages and disadvantages of each corresponding methods, in order to be aware clearly and completely in public about the current situation of global detection technologies of GMO and their future development trend.
