目的 提高气相色谱质谱联用仪负化学源法检测食品中氯霉素类残留量的能力。方法 对现行国家标准方法GB/T 22338-2008《动物源性食品中氯霉素类药物残留量测定》进行改进与补充, 例如: 玻璃器材的清洗效果、样品的净化方式、氮气吹干及氯霉素类目标物的衍生化注意事项、定量离子的正确选择等方面, 最终完善国家标准方法。结果 实验精密度得到大幅度提升。结论 对现行国家标准方法改进后, 精简了实验操作步骤, 缩短了检测时间, 避免了实验员在实验操作过程中可能陷入的误区, 提高了实验员检测食品中氯霉素类残留量的能力。 |

Objective To improve the determination ability of chloramphenicol residues in food by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) with the negative chemical source. Methods The current na-tional standard method was improved and replenished from the following aspects: the cleaning effect of the glass equipment, sample purification methods, drying with nitrogen, matters of chloramphenicol class object derivatization, the correct choice of quantitative ion and so on, ultimately improving the national standard method. Results The precision of the experiment was greatly improved. Conclusion The improvement of the national standard method can simplify the experimental operation steps, shorten the detection time and avoid the mistakes of the experimental procedure in the experimental operation, which improves the reproducibility of the detection of chloramphenicol residues in food. |
