      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定水果蔬菜中辛硫磷残留的检测方法。方法 样品经乙腈提取, 石墨化碳-氨基(GCB/NH2)固相萃取小柱净化, 流动相溶解定容, 经反相C18 色谱柱分离, 以甲醇-水(80:20, V:V)为流动相, 在波长285 nm处检测, 外标法定量。结果 在0.1~1.0 μg/mL范围内, 线性回归方程为Y=2.49×104X? 1.51×102, 相关系数为0.9998, 方法定量限为0.02 mg/kg, 加标回收率在79.2%~92.8%之间。结论 该方法操作简便、快速准确, 满足农药残留分析的要求, 适用于水果蔬菜中辛硫磷残留量的检测。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for determination of phoxim in fruits and vegetables by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by GCB/NH2 SPE, dissolved and volume measured by mobile phase, and then separated by C18 chromatography column, the mobile phase was methanol-water (80:20, V:V), the detection wavelength was 285 nm, and the quantitative method was the external standard method. Results The linear regression equation was Y=2.49×104X-1.51×102 over the range of 0.1~1.0 μg/mL with the correlation coefficient 0.9998, and the limit of quantification was 0.02 mg/kg, the standard addition recoveries of the method were ranged from 79.2%~92.8%. Conclusion The method is easy and fast to operate, and can meet the requirements of the pesticide residue analysis, which is suitable for the determination of phoxim in fruits and vegetables.
