      目的 建立液相色谱法检测奶油中苯并(a)芘的快速检测方法。方法 试样中的苯并(a)芘经正己烷溶解提取, 通过苯并(a)芘专用SPE小柱分离纯化, 液相色谱-配荧光检测器检测, 通过保留时间定性、外标法定量。结果 该方法检测苯并芘回收率范围在88.4%~98.7%之间, 相对标准偏差在1.23%~3.22%之间, 最低检出限为0.3 μg/kg。结论 该方法简单、快速、分离度好, 适用于批量样品的测定。
英文摘要:
      Objective To develop a method for determination of benzo(a)pyrene content in cream by liquid chromatography. Methods Samples were dissolved by n-hexane, and then separated and purified by ben-zo(a)pyrene SPE column. The extracts were detected by high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector, qualitative and quantification analyses were achieved by retention time and external standard method with peak area, respectively. Results The recoveries of benzo(a)pyrene were ranged of 88.4%~98.7%, the relative standard deviation were 1.23%~3.22%, and the detection limit was 0.3 μg/kg. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, with a good separating degree, which is suitable for the bath sample determination.
