      毒死蜱是我国最主要的有机磷类杀虫剂, 具有广谱、低毒、高效等优点, 但对人类的健康存在潜在威胁。因此, 发展快速、简易、准确测定食品中毒死蜱残留量的方法具有重要意义。本文综述了近年来国内外食品中毒死蜱残留的前处理方法和检测方法。前处理方法主要包括液液微萃取法、固相萃取法、QuEChERS法, 检测方法主要有免疫分析法、光谱分析法、色谱分析法。最后本文对食品中毒死蜱残留量检测技术未来的发展进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Chlorpyrifos was a broad-spectrum organophosphate insecticide which was widely used in agriculture in China. To establish a quick, simple, and accurate method to determine the remains of chlorpyrifos in food was of great significance due to the exposure of chlorpyrifos was a potential threat to human health. This review was focused on the research progress on the detection technologies of chlorpyrifos residues in food, especially of the pre-treatment methods and detection methods. The pre-treatment methods mainly were liquid-liquid microextraction, solid-phase extraction and QuEChERS, and the detection methods mainly were immune analysis, spectral analysis, and chromatographic analysis. Finally, the future trend of chlorpyrifos detection in food was prospected.
