      目的 建立一种同时测定葛根姜黄胶原蛋白片中葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素的反相高效液相色谱法。方法 样品经50%乙醇超声提取, 经SUPELCO-C18柱分离, 流动相为甲醇-水, 采用梯度洗脱, 在0~25 min之间波长为230 nm, 在25.01~39 min之间波长为430 nm条件下检测。结果 葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素在上述色谱条件下能完全分离。葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素的线性范围为0.01~0.1 mg/mL; 平均回收率96.3~103.3%, RSD<2.0%。结论 该方法操作简便, 精密度和回收率高, 重复性好, 可同时测定葛根姜黄胶原蛋白片中葛根素、芍药苷和姜黄素。

      Objective To establish a method for the determination of puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin in radix puerariae turmeric collagen tablets by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Samples were ultrasonically extracted with 50% ethanol. The extracts were separated by SUPELCO-C18 column with gradient elution and methanol-water as the mobile phase, then samples were detected between 0~25 min at a wavelength of 230 nm and 25.01~39 min at a wavelength of 430 nm. Results Puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin could be completely separated by the conditions. The linear range was 0.01~0.1 mg/mL, and the average recovery was 93.5%~103.8%, RSD<2.0%.Conclusion The method is simple, and has a high precision, recovery rate and good repeatability. It can simultaneously determine puerarin, paeoniflorin and curcumin in radix puerariae turmeric collagen tablets.
