目的 建立含糖保健品中还原糖的定量分析方法。方法 采用滴定法直接进行检测。样品除去蛋白质后, 加入盐酸, 再用葡萄糖标准溶液来滴定加有处理后样品溶液的酒石酸铜溶液和酒石酸铜空白溶液, 根据二者的葡萄糖标准溶液消耗量不同, 计算测得保健品中还原糖的含量。结果 方法的精密度实验相对标准偏RSD为0.4%, 水解液在2 h内的RSD为0.7%, 3个不同添加水平下, 滴定还原糖的回收率范围为100.2%~102.1%, 平均回收率101.4%, 相对偏差为0.8%。结论 本方法样品前处理简单, 操作比较快速, 适用于添加糖类保健品中还原糖的含量测定。 |

Objective To establish a method for the quantitative analysis of reducing sugar content in sugary health care products. Methods The samples were directly detected by titration method. Hydrochloric acid was added after removal of the protein in the samples, and the copper sulphate solution added with the sample solution after treatment and the blank copper sulphate solution were titrated with glucose standard solution, then the content of reducing sugar in health care products was calculated based on the different consump-tion of glucose standard solution in the two kinds of solutions. Results The relative standard deviation (RSD) of titration was 0.4%, and the RSD of the hydrolyzate within 2 h was 0.7%, the recovery of reducing sugar by titration was in the range of 100.2%~102.1%, the average recovery was 101.4%, and the relative standard deviation was 0.8% at 3 different adding levels. Conclusion This method is simple, fast, and suitable for the determination of reducing sugar in sugary health care products. |
