      目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定益康胶囊中红景天苷含量的方法, 为保健品中红景天的测定提供检测和质量控制参考。方法 采用甲醇对样品进行超声处理, 经色谱柱(C18, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5.0 μm, 安捷伦), 流动相: 乙腈: 水=9:91(V:V)等度洗脱, 柱温: 40 ℃, 检测波长: 215 nm, 流速: 1.0 mL/min, 采用外标法定量。 结果 结果表明, 红景天苷在0.016~0.16 mg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系(r2=1.0000), 检出限为0.63 μg/g, 定量限为2.1 μg/g, 精密度(RSD)为0.5%, 平均回收率97.4% (n=9)。结论 此法操作简单、准确、快速, 可作为益康胶囊中红景天苷含量的检测方法。

      Objective To establish a method for the content determination and quality control of salidroside in Yikang capsules by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods The samples were pretreated by methyl alcohol and dissolved in ultrasonic apparatus. The chromatographic analysis was performed on a C18column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) by isocratic elution with mobile phase of acetonitrile:water (V:V=9:91), column temperature at 40 ℃, flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, and detection wavelength at 215 nm, and quantified by external standard method. Results The results showed that the salidroside had a good linearity in the range of 0.016~0.16 mg/mL (r2=1.0000). The limit of detection was 0.63 μg/g, the limit of quantification was 2.1 μg/g, the precision (RSD) was 0.5%, and the average recovery was 97.4% (n=9). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and fast, and can be used to determine the content of salidroside in Yikang capsules.
