随着世界各国草甘膦需求量和使用量的不断增多, 人们对于草甘膦的潜在威胁更加关注, 对草甘膦的检测技术研究更加重视。本文对近年来食品和水质中除草剂草甘膦的检测方法及研究进展进行综述, 包括: 化学分析法、化学发光法、分光光度法、毛细管电泳法、气相色谱法、气相色谱-质谱联用法和液相色谱、液相色谱-质谱联用法等方法, 探讨了这些方法在食品和水质中检测草甘膦的应用和优缺点, 为国内外学者建立食品和水质中快速检测草甘膦的新方法研究提供依据, 并对食品和水质中草甘膦及其代谢物残留量新限量标准的制定提供参考。 |

With the increasing use of glyphosate in the world, the potential threat from glyphosate and the research on glyphosate detection technology were paid more attention. The development of detection methods and research of the herbicide glyphosate in food and water quality in recent years were reviewed, including chemical analysis, chemical luminescence method, spectrophotometric method, capillary electrophoresis, gas phase chromatography, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ,liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods in determining glyphosate in food and water were detected, which provided the basis and reference to the establishment of new detection methods of glyphosate and provided reference to the establishment of new limited standards of metabolite residue amount of glyphosate in food and water for domestic and foreign scholars. |
