目的 对气相质谱法测定黄芪中二嗪磷残留量的不确定度进行评价。方法 建立标准工作曲线和样品定量测定的数学模型, 对实验过程中各影响因素进行评价。结果 主要从标准曲线的变动性、测定结果的重复性、二嗪磷的浸出率以及内标物取样量4个方面进行量化, 并计算出合成不确定度为0.016 mg/kg, 取k=2的扩展不确定度为0.032 mg/kg, 黄芪中二嗪磷残留量为(0.091±0.032)mg/kg。结论 标准曲线的变动性是影响结果不确定度的主要因素, 使用更高响应的检测方法, 可有效提高标准曲线的线性, 减少此类测量的不确定度。 |

Objective To evaluate the uncertainty for diazinon residues in Astragail radix by gas chro-matography-mass spectrometry. Methods The models for evaluation of the uncertainty about both standard work curve and sample quantitative testing were established, and the factors that influenced the measurement were investigated. Results The four main factors were quantized including mobility of standard curve, repetitiveness of testing results extract efficiency of diazinon in Astragali radix, and the volume of internal standard solution. The combined standard uncertainty was obtained as 0.016 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty was 0.032 mg/kg when k=2, then diazinon residues in Astragali radix was determined as (0.091±0.032) mg/kg. Conclusion Mobility of standard curve was the primary factor for the measurement of uncertainty. The uncertainty may be reduced and the linearity of standard curve may be increased by using the higher responsive detector. |
