胜任能力研究是目前人力资源管理与实践领域的一个热点问题。食品检验机构检验人员的素质与能力, 体现了食品检验机构的管理水平和技术实力。胜任能力研究的理论模型以及国内外胜任模型建设的实践, 为食品检验机构的管理以及检验人员能力素质提升提供了有益借鉴, 分析我国食品检验机构检验人员的职位与管理、考试录用、持续培训、考核与绩效等方面制度的建设, 有利于保证检验机构检验人员胜任能力的建设落到实处。 |

The study on competency is an important issue of human resource management and practice fields. The competency and performance of inspectors in food inspection agency are a reflection on the management level and technical strength of the food inspection agency. The study of the theoretical model for quality and the domestic and international research of competency model for the construction of practice were in-troduced in this paper to enhance the quality of the food inspection agency and competency of inspectors. System exploration from the inspectors job analysis and management, examination and employment, performance evaluation, promotion and public selection and so on were made to ensure that the value orientation of the inspectors in food inspection agency for competency building failing into practice. |
