      目的 建立AFB1无衍生的HPLC检测方法。方法 本试验对谷物中AFB1的提取方法、净化方法、色谱条件进行摸索, 最终建立了一套完整的无衍生的HPLC方法。结果 该方法在AFB1的浓度为0.5~80 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好, 线性回归方程为Y=1095223X 857392, 相关系数R2=0.99884, 检测限为0.60 ng/mL, 回收率在86.40%~99.06%之间。在43份送检玉米样品中, AFB1的总检出率和超标率分别为39.53%和11.63%。 结论 无衍生的HPLC方法也可以用于检测玉米中的AFB1的含量, 比衍生化的方法更简单、可操作性更强、更有应用价值。
英文摘要:
      Objectives To develope a method for AFB1 in the corns by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) without any derivations and make the determination process simpler. Methods The extraction, purification and detection conditions were optimized. Finally, an HPLC method without derivations was developed. Results When the concentrations of AFB1 were at 0.5~80 μg/mL, the good linearity between the concentration and peak area ratio was obtained. The linear regression equation was Y=1095223X 857392, the R2 was 0.99884, the limit of detection was 0.60 ng/mL and recovery rates were between 86.4% and 99.6%. Relevance rate and the rate of exceeding the allowed standards of China in the 43 corn samples was 39.53% and 11.63% respectively. Conclusions The HPLC without derivations could be used to detect the content of AFB1 in the corns, and it had simpler process,better operability and more practical application value.
