      近年来食品安全问题日益突出, 建立公众参与的客观、公平、独立、透明的风险评估、风险交流机制成为我国未来应对食品安全风险的重要措施。2013年7月, 英国经济学人智库(EIU)发布了“全球食品安全指数(GFSI)”, 对我国当年食品安全状况作了评估, 受到各方的高度关注。为了让公众对相关背景有较为全面的了解, 理性地对待我国的食品安全问题, 我们依据相关信息, 对GFSI作了客观解读, 并以中国、美国和印度为例, 从食品价格承受能力、食品供应能力和质量与安全三个方面, 对这三个国家的食品安全状况进行了对比, 并对我国食品安全监管体系的最新调整和改革措施进行了述评。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, the food safety issue became increasingly prominent. Establishing an objective, fair, independent and transparent risk assessment and communication mechanism with public participation has become an important solution to face food safety risk in our country in the future. The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) released “global food safety index(GFSI)” in July 2013 to evaluate food security situation, which attracted the high attention. To allow the public to have a comprehensive knowledge of relevant background, make them to understand our country's food safety problems rationally, a brief introduction of global food security index (GFSI) according to the relevant information was reviewed. Using China, United States and India as samples, the affordability, availability and quality and safety of the three countries were compared and analyzed, and the latest adjustment and reform measures of China's food safety regulatory system were addressed.
