随着世界经济多元化的发展, 中国和世界各国人民在文化领域和日常生活中不断渗透, 进境携带各国特色食品的现象增多了, 但各国对于携带食品的种类的规定不尽相同, 本文研究了我国主要贸易国入境旅客携带食品的监管规定, 简要分析了我国携带食品监管制度与其他国家规定的不同, 在不同时段各主要贸易国重点关注的产品不同, 所采取的措施也不同, 另外大多数国家均未建立对于非禁止携带食品的科学评估依据和快速检测方法。 |

With the development of the world economy diversity, China and other countries are communicating more and more in the fields of culture and daily life. The phenomenon of carrying national special food to entry has increased. However, different nations have different provisions for the carrying food. This article described the provisions profiles of carrying food passing ports from other major trading nations, and analyzed difference for regulatory system between China and other major nations. In the different periods, different nations ban different products and have different measures. In addition the major trade nations have not set up scientific assessment basis and rapid test method for food not banned carrying. |
