本文概括了食品流通许可制度的要求和特点, 分析了福建省茶叶流通许可证的应用现状。全省各市、县均有涉茶经营者, 以武夷山市、福州市和泉州市的数量居多, 安溪县的涉茶者数量突出; 指出了存在的问题是各茶区发展不平衡、品牌建设不足、龙头企业和农民专业合作社的数量少及缺乏模范带头作用。提出了为茶叶经营者今后能够顺利实施食品流通许可制度的建议。 |

This paper summarized the requirements and characters of food circulation licence system, analyzed the application of this system in tea business in Fujian province. The tea stores are popularized all over the cities and counties, most of them are in Wuyi Mountain City, Fuzhou and Quanzhou, and An’xi County
has outstanding number. This paper pointed out that the imbalance of development among different
tea-producing areas, the weakness of brand construction, the inadequate number of leading enterprises and major farmer cooperation and less model effects of them were the major questions. Suggestions were put forward in order to smoothly pursue this system for tea operators. |
