      目的 建立腐竹中乌洛托品的激光拉曼光谱分析方法。方法 粉碎样品经乙腈提取, 正己烷除脂, 盐析后, 用激光拉曼光谱仪进行测定。结果 乌洛托品在0.050~1.000 mg/kg的范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数R2=0.9821, 检出限为0.050 mg/kg。 结论 此方法前处理简单, 灵敏度和准确度高, 检出限低, 杂质干扰少, 检测费用低, 检测系统简单便携, 便于在普通实验室和现场检测推广。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a method for the determination of urotropine in yuba by laser Raman spectrometry. Method The samples were grounded and extracted by acetonitrile, and further purified by N-hexane and sodium chloride. The target compound was detected by laser Raman spectrometry. Results The method showed a good linearity at the range of 0.050~1.000 mg/kg for urotropine with R2=0.9821. The detection limit was 0.050 mg/kg. Conclusion This method is suitable for the laboratory and field detection with advantages of simple pretreatment, little interference, low detection limit and low cost, high accuracy, high sensitivity, and portability.
