      乳品的快速检测技术可以保障乳品行业健康快速发展。本文分别论述了乳品相关快速检测技术的研究与应用现状,包括违禁掺杂物、细菌总数、致病菌、抗生素和生物毒素等影响乳品安全的几个因素的检测技术,同时综合分析各种技术的优缺点,并对目前该领域的发展作出展望:综合生物技术、信息技术已经成为快速检测技术的必然趋势。

      The rapid detection technologies for dairy safety are adopted to ensure that the dairy industry can develop healthily and rapidly. In this paper,the rapid detection technologies to determine illegal additives,total bacteria,pathogens,antibiotics and biological toxins in milk are reviewed. Both advantages and problems of these rapid detection technologies are discussed,and the prospects of this area are presented:There is a growing tendency for rapid detection technology to combine biotechnology with information technology.
