Journal of Food Safety & Quality  has been published as an open access journal since January 2011. All articles published in the journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Non Commercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0) License. In accordance with the terms of this license, all articles, including past issues, are published in open access format and are immediately and permanently available free of charge on the journal’s official website (http://chinafoodj.ijournals.cn/ch/reader/view_news.aspx?id=20130822012819001) after publication. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, or use them for other lawful purposes. 

Instructions for Free Access and Use:
