主要研究方向:

1)食品危害因子在加工全链条中的迁移转化规律

针对食品中危害因子(如食用油中真菌毒素、微藻源新型食品中持久性污染物等)在食品加工过程中转化规律不明确的关键科学问题,利用超高效液相色谱-四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF MS)系统地分析了危害因子在食品加工过程中的转化规律。

2)微塑料快速检测方法

主持“十四五”国家重点研发计划子课题“微藻源新型食品中危害因子高效识别和迁移示踪技术研究”,提出了基于双酶催化pH响应的纳米塑料快速检测新技术。

3)生物毒素脱毒技术

    真菌毒素、海洋毒素等新型阻控、减控技术研究,包括新型物理吸附剂、光化学法和生物酶法。
