主要研究方向:

1.便携式食品安全检测方法的研究:使用功能核酸、工具酶及纳米材料等作为靶向识别和信号放大材料,构建快速便捷的生物传感器。

2.功能核酸结构与功能关系的研究:研究核酸序列、构象结构与功能之间的关系,从而实现对适配体、核酸开关、i-motif结构和G4联体等功能核酸的功能及结构优化,应用于食品安全检测领域。

3.食品接触材料表面微生物清除:开发生物相容性好、稳定性高的材料用于清除食品接触材料表面的微生物,保障食品安全。
