目前主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国工程院战略研究与咨询重点项目课题、江西省重点研发计划重点项目、井冈山农高区“揭榜挂帅”项目课题、广东重点研发计划项目课题、以及江中食疗、茅台生态农业等企业委托横向课题等各类项目10余项;已主持完成国家自然科学基金青年和地区项目、国家重点实验室青年基金项目、江西省重点研发计划项目等项目近10项。作为骨干完成国家重点研发计划国际合作项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级科研项目10余项。

 

所受奖项:

入选全球前2%顶尖科学家,江西省青年井冈学者、江西省杰出青年基金获得者、江西省优博获得者。获江西省教学成果一等奖、中国发明协会“发明创业奖创新奖”二等奖、江西省自然科学二等奖。

 

主要研究方向:

本人长期从事膳食纤维和多糖领域的研究工作,研究方向包括膳食纤维(含多糖)高效绿色制备和活性靶向筛选、营养健康效应及其物质基础研究。相关研究成果在Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文150余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇(均为二区以上),ESI高被引论文2篇,H指数35。申请发明专利17项,授权3项。
